A: In short - convenience for your customers,
flexibility with your diary, financial reports

Q: Can I have the Diary integrated into my website?
A: Yes, if you have a website, the login box
and pupil registration link can be inserted into
your home page. This ensures all your lessons
and enquries always use your website. However
if you do not have your own website you can still
sign up and use the GolfAcademyManager website.
Q: Can I personalise the Diary system
look?
A: Yes, you can insert you own Company Logos and
Web Bar logo, personalising the look for your
clients.
Q: Can I choose my own time slots and
lesson prices?
A: Yes, entirely your choice under your control.
Q: How do I upload pupils swings?
A: Very simple - all you need to do is write in
any relevant pupil notes and upload the swing
video file.
Q: Can I view what all the coaches have
booked on the same day?
A: Yes - Click on multi view and this shows what
every coach has booked, use the calendar to view
any other days.
Q: Can you book lessons for the other
coaches?
A: Yes, you can also book lessons for other coaches,
which really helps if the relevant coach is on
holiday or away.
Q: Can our secretary or assistant/reception staff
book lessons for us?
A: Yes we have an "assistant" login
which enables all booking functions but restricts
them from viewing financials or marketing data.
Q: How do I know if a pupil has booked
into the diary?
A: All lesson bookings made by either the coach
or pupil are automatically sent an email with
confirmation. When the pupil registers they are
also sent an email with confirmation of their
username & password including a welcome note
- which you can personalise.
Q: Can I book time off for meetings etc?
A: Yes, you can make any holiday/meeting/lunch
booking as you wish adding notes regarding the
appointment.
Q: How easy is it to book a pupil in?
A: Very easy - you select the time, select the
name and the lesson amount and click book! You
can even add notes to the booking such as - "Putting
Lesson".
Q: Can I view my diary anywhere?
A: Yes all you need is an internet connection,
giving huge flexibility for your diary to be at
home and work at the same time, you can even view
your diary via your mobile phone.
Q: What if the internet goes down?
A: No need to worry - every day you have the option
to back up your diary onto your computer allowing
you to view what's on if the internet went down.
Q: Can the system keep my accounts for
me?
A: Yes, using the financials - you can print off
your income on a weekly, monthly or annual basis,
making your accounting very easy and simple, leaving
you to just keep track of your expenses. You can
also download the lesson income into an Excel
document.
Q: My coaches pay a commision - can the
financials help?
A: Yes, as the Head Coach/Administrator you can
view all your coaches financial reports and earnings.
Q: What if a lesson is deleted?
A: Every time a lesson is changed or deleted it
also sends the pupil and the coach an email. Also
in the finacial report it will show how many lessons
have been deleted and whether by the coach or
pupil.
Q: Can I keep a database of pupils?
A: Yes, every single pupil has to be registered
to allow your or them to book. This ensures all
data is captured including, email, address, contact
numbers, date of birth and even their handicap.
Q: Can I send newsletters and mail merge?
A: Yes, you are fully in control of your database
of clients, you can send them regular newsletters
or coming promotions or simply look at lessons
that you may not have seen for a while and send
them a personal email. Again an essential tool
to create rapport with clients and keep communicating.
Q: Does my subscription include updates and support?
A: Indeed it does - all updates are automatically
put in to your diary system and you will be sent
an email detailing the improvement.
Q: We have more than one academy/golf
centre?
A: No problem, this system can be used with a
single or multiple locations, allowing you to
see what is happening as a group, particular centre
and particular individual coach.
Q: How do my pupils benefit from the GolfAcademyManager?
A: Convenience! They can book a lesson at any
time, check their lesson time, reschedule, email
their pro, edit personal details, view their swing
notes, all from the comfort of their own home.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: GolfAcademyManager is charged on a subscription
basis. Your first month subscription is FREE of
charge. After that it depends on the number of
coaches at each centre/course. We charge £19.99
per month for one person and an extra £9.99
per month for each additional coach. i.e 3 coaches
= £39.97 per month, making it less than
£13.50 per month each. Further discounts
are available for large subscriptions and mutiple
centres, please call for a personal quote.
